This form permits the State & private vendors the ability to control unwanted vegetation. The IL Dept. of Agriculture regulations provide guidance and control requirements for both noxious and exotic weeds. IDOT is required to control and/or eradicate these species. Additional guidance is provided by the "Bureau of Operations Maintenance Policy Manual". The manual provides guidance on guardrail maintenance, mowing, chemical vegetation control, management of trees & woody plants.
