The Study Process
A major highway improvement project requires a demand and a time-consuming study process to make sure all of the relevant factors have been taken into account before committing millions of dollars towards construction. This process is often lengthy and may be confusing due to its complexity. While no two projects are exactly alike and variations will occur, the major work items typically
