The chart below outlines the anticipated schedule for the Phase I Preliminary Engineering Study only. At this time, funding is available for this Phase I Study and for the detailed design and construction of 5 bridges including the four Rock River crossings and the 20th Street Bridge. These structures are included in the IDOT Multi-Year Plan; however, a construction schedule has not yet been determined.
