Overview of Occupational Safety Training
Conducted by the Bureau of Employee Services

Occupational Safety Training Programs are for employees who may be exposed to hazards within their job assignments. Employees within the Department of Transportation are trained on various health and safety issues that could affect their lives. Several of the programs are mandated by the Department of Labor and follow OSHA standards.  Land Surveyors, Structural Engineers and Civil Engineers will be able to earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for identified seminars.
