The Illinois Department of Transportation is requesting your input in developing the final criteria to be used in the IDOT State Bicycle Plan.  We will use the ranking system that you suggest in the model to help IDOT determine need for a project and to determine priority for a project under the enhancement funds.  Please circle the value that you feel is appropriate for each criteria listed below.
