THE RESEARCH AND INFORMATION LIBRARY provides information on a variety
of technical, highway-related topics including an array of research reports,
project and process reviews, and new product information. Much of the
information comes from University, Federal, State and other Highway Industry
Association research and experimental project reports. Library publications
are available for loan to local agencies for 2 weeks. Requests for
information not requiring publication loans will be researched in a timely
manner. Requests for information should be in writing
to the Center.
