SPECIAL PROGRAMS offered by the Center provide
technology transfer through a variety of services. The
Center provides notice of and/or co-sponsors special
courses and seminars with the FHWA, Local Agency
Associations and other IDOT Bureaus. The Center supports
activities which encourage the technology transfer
concept and address the needs of local agencies.

This event is co-sponsored by IDOT, U of I, FHWA and
other Industry sponsors. The conference is specifically
designed for people actively involved in asphalt
construction: highway engineers, government officials
responsible for developing, implementing, enforcing and
evaluating contractor regulations effecting bituminous
construction; contractors; consultants; university
researchers; and representatives of firms supplying
goods and services to the industry.
