Wacker/Franklin Ramp Closure in conjunction with Wacker Drive Reconstruction Project

* Congress Parkway eastbound ramps will be closed to both upper and lower Wacker Drive beginning April 1. 

* Lower Wacker Drive ramps will be closed to westbound Congress Parkway

 NOTE:  Congress Parkway eastbound ramps to Franklin Street will remain open until the Chicago Department of Transportation’s Congress/Wacker Interchange project starts in June.
