Communities have been working at providing a
bikeway and pedestrian path from McLean to
Bloomington and from Normal to Chenoa in McLean
County . An IDOT grant to the McLean County Regional
Planning Commission has been approved to provide
engineering services for developing this path.
Meanwhile, through the efforts of Mr. Walk, his
students, and the Village of Towanda , part of this
pathway has already been improved with sidewalks,
landscaping, picnic areas, and informational
displays. |
