DISTRICT 8 – PRE- BID CONFERENCE
Plans and
Special Provisions for the following District 8 contracts for the Letting of
April 28, 2006 will be available for your review from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at the DBE Resource Center:
Attendance at this meeting is mandatory in order to submit a proposal for
the following Contract Numbers:
The DBE
Resource Center is located at 225 North 9th Street, East St.
Louis, Illinois. All prime contractors and DBE firms are encouraged to
attend.
There will
be members from Supportive Services and District 8 to answer any questions
that you may have. This will be an opportunity for prime contractors to
indicate projects on which they are interested in receiving quotations from
DBE firms. Both prime contractors and DBE firms are encouraged to review
the project goals prior to this pre-bid conference. This will be an open
house format and no formal presentation will be given.
