PRE-BID CONFERENCE
DISTRICT 6 –
MANDATORY PRE- BID CONFERENCE
There
will be a review of the Plans and Special Provisions for contract 72682 in
Hancock County for the letting of June 16, 2006 at the District 6 Annex, 2713
Stevenson Drive, in Conference Room A, Springfield, IL at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday,
May 25, 2006. All
prime contractors are required to attend in order to submit bids for this
contract.
DBE firms are encouraged to attend. There will be members from District 6 in
attendance to answer any questions you may have.
This
will be an opportunity for prime contractors to indicate areas of work in which
they are interested in receiving bid quotes from DBE firms. Both prime
contractors and DBE firms are encouraged to review the project goals prior to
this pre-bid conference. This will be an open-house format and no formal
presentation will be given. |
