and Item 66 contract 76996 have been designated Small Business
Set-Asides.
Only bids from
qualified small businesses will be considered for award. All bidders on
Small Business Set-Asides are required to submit, with each bid, the
Qualification and Equipment Inventory Certification Form, included in
the proposal.
