This Item is advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. An addendum is
forthcoming that will remove the Set-Aside from this project. The traditional
bidding requirements will apply to this contract. Only firms which are
pre-qualified and request, and receive, Authorization to Bid will be allowed to
bid on this project. A Bid Bond will also be required.
