STARTING AND ENDING TIME

The Department has been informed by the Illinois Department of Labor that “as long as the contractors and/or companies kept the starting and ending times each day of their employees and made them available to the Illinois Department of Labor upon request, the department would not issue a violation merely on the new changes of the Act involving the starting and ending times of the certified payroll, until either the legislation enacted changes or the computer program systems is corrected for this information to be added.”
