This Item was originally advertised as requiring the bidder to be pre-qualified
with the Capital Development Board. The requirement for ANY pre-qualification
has been removed from this item. However, prospective bidders must comply with
Paragraph 3d of the Invitation For Bids in the Transportation Bulletin.
