BDE Procedure Memoranda

Notice: With the issuance of the 2010 BDE Manual, the purpose of the BDE Procedure Memoranda (PMs) has changed.

The BDE Manual is now an on-line only PDF publication and its content will be updated on an ongoing basis. To aid users in keeping track of revisions and understanding their background, BDE PMs will still be posted on this webpage; however, the associated policy revisions will be incorporated in the relevant chapter(s) of the Manual itself.

Most of the BDE PMs from the 2002 version of the Manual have been incorporated into the 2010 Manual (see Disposition link below). Those that remain have been renumbered and are listed below as still being active. In the coming months these will be incorporated in the 2010 Manual as well.

Please read the “Manual Format/Update” section of the 2010 BDE Manual and BDE PM 10-01 for more information.
