  • How to find out upcoming letting dates:
     

  1. Navigate to the Letting and Bidding Information page, located at http://www.dot.il.gov/desenv/delett.html.
     
  2. Click on the “Letting Schedule for 2006 through 2010” link to the right of the page to view the letting schedule and upcoming letting dates.

*Note:  The letting dates listed are only the regularly scheduled lettings.  To become aware of any special lettings, you can subscribe to the Notice of Letting Bulletin subscription service by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to the Doing Business page, located at http://www.dot.il.gov/dobuisns.html.
     
  2. Locate the “Subscription Services” section on the Doing Business page.
     
  3. Click on the “Bureau of Design & Environment” link.
     
  4. Click on the “Contractor’s Subscription” link on the Bureau of Design & Environment Subscription Services page to view the subscriptions available.
     
  5. Click on “Instructions to Subscribe” at the top of the page for proper instructions.
     
  6. Follow through with the information listed to become added to the IDOT Construction Contractor’s Transportation Bulletin – Notice of Letting subscription list.
