SPECIAL NOTICE
The Illinois Department Transportation, District Four, would like to invite you
to a networking session for all prime contractors and Disadvantaged Business
Enterprises (DBE) contractors interested in the reconstruction of I-74, Stage
III, in the Peoria area. The purpose of the session is to facilitate
communication between prime contractors and DBE contractors. The goal will be to
ensure diversity in the mix of DBE firms working on I-74 projects.
The session will be held on May 17, 2005, in the 6th floor training room at:

This will be an opportunity to develop relationships with prime contractors
and interested DBE contractors in the reconstruction of I-74.
The session will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a formal presentation followed by
open networking. Attached are an agenda and a map showing the building location.
