Alcohol campaign reporting form reports results of alcohol enforcement activities for law enforcement grants.  The primary users of TS 100 are mini-grantees and existing ("add money') grantees participating in annual alcohol campaigns that take place throughout the year.  This mandatory data collection form must be properly completed and submitted by grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.  The TS 100 will be submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit.

Occupant protection mobilization reporting form reports results of safety belt enforcement activities for law enforcement grants.  The primary users of TS 200 are mini-grantees and existing ("add-money") grantees participating in annual occupant protection mobilizations that take place throughout the year.  This mandatory data collection form must be properly completed and submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit by grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.

The TS 300 will be the primary reporting form for the "Traffic Law Enforcement Program" (TLEP) and "Local Alcohol Program" (LAP) grantees.  This mandatory data collection form must be properly completed and submitted by grantees on a monthly basis before claims for reimbursement will be processed.
