This form is now available via the Forms Master List. It has been developed into Word Format. The web-site has been changed to www.gettingaroundillinois.com from www.dot.il.gov and have removed the last line from the second page. In addition the title of the form has changed from "Information on Legal Dimensions and Weights" to "Maximum Legal Dimensions & Weights on State, Federal & Local Routes."
