This is an altered version of OPER 1113. Several changes have been made including district specific (area covered) information and insertion of D7 Utility Technician and Project Support Engineer names and phone numbers, etc. This permit covers the operation and presence of specified equipment, material or facility on the right-of-way that may be related to the authorized work. A copy must be present when crews or equipment occupy highway right-of-way.
