- How will I know if a form that I use has been modified?
Form changes will be posted on the
Announcements page.
- Will all the forms be available to download from one location?
No. Under IDOT’s new forms management program, the practice of
downloading forms to your local network is discouraged. The department’s
goal is to provide you with the most recent version of the documents you
need, and that is accomplished by keeping our web content current.
- Will the forms that deal with calculations or numerical summations be
in Excel format?
Possibly. IDOT will be handling conversions to Excel on a case-by-case
basis. If you would like to submit suggestions, please use the Contact Us
form.
- Who do I contact if I have a question regarding a form?
Submit your questions and comments using the Contact Us form and your
inquiry will be routed to the appropriate personnel.
