Readme.txt for the "Coded Pay Item Book"

The "Coded Pay Item Book" file has been converted to a PDF document for easier accessibility.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is available from the Department.

The "Coded Pay Item List" (Single Line Format) will remain a text document.
