    SCHAUMBURG -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that the final phase of the project to improve a section of IL 120 is the activation of the traffic signal on Route 120/Raffel Road from Route 47 to Fleming Road in the City of Woodstock Monday, March 1, 2004. The $3.9 million project resurfaced and widened IL 120, installed a permanent traffic signal at Raffel Road and provided street lighting. The contractor was a joint venture between Thelen Sand and Gravel and Curran Contracting.
