The Illinois Department of Transportation has scheduled a Public Information meeting to discuss and exchange information concerning improvements to the Illinois 13 corridor.

This will be an open-house format meeting with open exhibit areas where IDOT representatives will be available to answer questions on an informal basis. The exhibits will outline the project corridor and describe the area involved. Individuals may attend at any time during the meeting hours. The exhibits will also be available for viewing from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm CST for fifteen (15) days after the meeting at the Illinois Department of Transportation District 9 Office at 2801 W. Murphysboro Rd. , Carbondale , Illinois .

Written statements will be accepted at the meeting and for a period of fifteen (15) days after the Public Information meeting. All written statements should be addressed to Ms. Beth Ponce, Program Development Engineer, 2801 W. Murphysboro Rd. , Carbondale , Illinois 62901 and will become part of the official record.

The meeting site is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Persons planning to attend who will need a sign language interpreter or other similar accommodations should notify the Department at least three days prior to the meeting in question.
