IDOT Hotline

The Department's hotline received 76 calls from the public in April 2004. The hotline was established for the public to report abuse of state work time and vehicles, as well as to report on the good things IDOT employees are doing.

Secretary Timothy Martin urges the public to continue to call the hotline with their comments about the job the Department is doing, and with their complaints as well. The number is 1-800-452-4368.

"We will continue to report monthly on the phone calls received, and refine ways we view the data to improve our performance with our customers," Martin added.

Following is a summary of the calls received.
