BRIDGE DECK REPAIRS CLOSE STEVENSON RAMP
SATURDAY
SCHAUMBURG, IL. -- On Saturday April 3, the ramp
from southbound Lake Shore Drive (U.S. 41) to the outbound (SWB)
Stevenson Expressway (I-55) will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for
bridge deck patching.
The posted detour requires motorists to exit Lake
Shore Drive at 31 st Street , cross the bridge to the east, and
enter northbound Lake Shore Drive . Traffic can then access the
outbound (SWB) Stevenson Expressway (I-55) at the first ramp.
Motorist should drive with care through this area and be prepared to
use this detour to access the outbound Stevenson Expressway on
Saturday.
