The Illinois Department of Transportation is Seeking Consultants

SPRINGFIELD , IL -- The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking consultants for 17 highway projects across the state. Pre-qualified consultants will be selected on July 7, 2004 . Statements of interest are due May 13, 2004 .

The projects are:

  1. DISTRICT 1, perform construction inspection services for the Kingery mainline, from Torrence Avenue to Burham Road.

  2. DISTRICT 1, perform construction inspection services for the Kingery mainline from the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to the structure over the Canadian Railroad to Torrence Avenue.

  3. DISTRICT 1, perform construction inspection services for the Kingery mainline from Burham Avenue to US 41.

  4. DISTRICT 1, perform construction inspection services for the Kingery mainline from 159 th Street to Thornton-Lansing Road.

  5. DISTRICT 2, perform various construction inspection projects within the district.

  6. DISTRICT 4, provide engineering services for the new four-lane expressway of US 34 from TR 111 to TR 190.

  7. DISTRICT 6, provide engineering services for new four-lane expressway, US 76, from north of IL 101 to south of Mouring Lane.

  8. DISTRICT 6, engineering services for the reconstruction of the Clear Lake Avenue/Dirksen Parkway intersection in Springfield.

  9. DISTRICT 7, provide various engineering services for projects in District 7.

  10. DISTRICT 8, perform Phase I studies for the Lebannon bypass, US 50 from Breese to Carlyle.

  11. DISTRICT 8, perform construction inspection services for IL 162 from east of Formosa Road to Laundry Street.

  12. DISTRICT 8, provide land-surveying services along IL 159 from A Street to IL 15 in Belleville.

  13. DISTRICT 8, provide land-surveying services along US 67, Jerseyville bypass.

  14. DISTRICT 9, perform land and route surveying for various location in the District.

  15. DISTRICT 9, perform land and route surveying for various locations in the District.

  16. STATEWIDE, provide services required to obtain aerial photography and photogram metric products for the southern Illinois.

  17. STATEWIDE, engineering services for various park roads throughout Illinois.
