NORTH SUBURBS BRIDGE PAINTING

SCHAUMBURG – Beginning May 17, the bridge on IL 43 ( Waukegan Road ) over IL 120 ( Belvidere Road ) in Park City in Lake County, Illinois will be cleaned and painted. There will be temporary daytime lane closures at this location.

Two other bridges in Northern Cook County will also be cleaned and painted. The work will be performed on structures on Church Street over I-94 in Skokie , and Lincoln Avenue over I-94 in Morton Grove . Work will begin on these bridges in mid-June. There will be nighttime lane closures. All work should be completed by mid-August. Motorists should drive with care through these areas and watch for workers.

The contractor for the $109,000 project is Certified Painting Company, Incorporated of Alsip, Illinois
