Memo to Contracors

Dear Contractor:

As you may be aware, the Illinois General Assembly enacted new requirements for the sale of general obligation bonds during the recently concluded session.

Complying with these changes means that the next bond sale will not occur until the middle of September at the earliest. This could affect one or more of your payments from the Series A Bond Fund. I would appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to get through this situation.

Cash from the next bond sale is expected by late September. At that time, we anticipate that some of these payments may be as much as four weeks late. We will do our best to get you caught up with your payments as soon as cash is available.

Once again, thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter.
