Status of CY01 and CY02 Application Process

The next "All Interested Parties" memo (for CY2002) will be sent out in mid January 2003. Applications will be sent to respondents in February 2003. To assist applicants, application review classes will be held again this year in Springfield and Chicago during early March. Exact dates, times and locations will be mailed with applications (or obtained by calling the Program Manager at 312-793-3507 or E-Mail ochalta@dot.il.gov).

Completed Applications, with all required and requested support materials, attachments and documents, are due at the Division of Public & Intermodal Transportation, IDOT, by April 15, 2003.

Paratransit Vehicle Delivery Schedule

as of: July 1, 2001

The quadrenially legally required bid process is complete; with orders in production which will permit budgeting for the 2000 and 2001 applicant/grantees. We expect to be among the first to order 2003 model year chassis, and deliver the Mini Van with mobility ramp, Light Duty (11 passenger) vehicles with lift, Medium Duty (14 passenger) vehicles with lift, Super Medium Duty (22 passenger) vehicles with lift and Heavy duty (29 passenger) buses with lift beginning in November, 2002.
