63378 This is a roadway reconstruction and resurfacing project, and the work to be performed under this contract consists of earth excavation and pavement removal, construction of storm sewers, PCC pavement construction, hot-mix asphalt binder and surface courses, combination concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and bike path, driveway reconstruction, traffic signal modernization, thermoplastic and paint pavement markings, retaining wall construction, sodding, located at Wright Boulevard, between Irving Park Road and Wise Road in the Village of Schaumburg, Cook County. Wright Boulevard crosses beneath the Elgin O'Hare Expressway. The limits of the project are from the edge of the westbound through lane of Irving Park Road to the edge of the eastbound through lane of Wise Road. The project has a total net and gross length of 4,532 feet (0.86 mile). |
