Child Passenger Safety Program (BI-CPS) is designed to reduce the death an injury rate of children by providing booster seats to local agencies for distribution to parents, grandparents and/or guardians.

In order to apply for this program the Specifications for the Boost Illinois - CPS Grant and the TS 08 Highway Safety Project Agreement listed below must both be downloaded and completed. The other forms listed below are used for the administration of the grant once it is awarded.

Year long grant applications will be accepted through April 3, 2008.
