Child Passenger Safety Program is designed to reduce the death and injury rate of infants and young children by providing safety seats to local agencies for distribution to parents, grandparents and/or guardians.

In order to apply for this program the Specifications for the CPS Grant and the TS 08 Highway Safety Project Agreement listed below must both be downloaded and completed. The other forms listed below are used for the administration of the grant once it is awarded.

Year long grant applications will be accepted through April 3, 2008.
