Electronic Submittal of Crash
Reports Program is designed to assist local law enforcement agencies
in developing a system for timely submittal of crash reports. Grants
are available for data conversion if an alternative software system
other than MCR is used (MCR-XML).
MCR-XML Grants Specifications and the
TS 08 Highway Safety Project Agreement listed below must both be
downloaded and completed. The other forms listed below are used for
the administration of the grant once it is awarded.
This grant program is open at
any time for application.
