Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Program (MSA) is designed to enlist local agencies and organizations to improve motorcycle safety and motorist awareness through various types of activities.

In order to apply for this program the Specifications for the MSA Grant and the TS 08 Highway Safety Project Agreement listed below must both be downloaded and completed. The other forms listed below are used for the administration of the grant once it is awarded.

Year long grant applications will be accepted through April 3, 2008.
