Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program (PBS) is designed to aid public agencies in funding cost-effective projects that improve pedestrian and bicycle safety through education and enforcement.

In order to apply for this program the Specifications for the PBS Grant and the TS 08 Highway Safety Project Agreement listed below must both be downloaded and completed. The other forms listed below are used for the administration of the grant once it is awarded.

Year long grant applications will be accepted through April 3, 2008.
